The CED provides a variety of services to meet the varying needs of our clients. The CED offers training in the areas of Inner Healing, Emotional Intelligence, and Liberation. OUR SERVICES
Inner Healing
Inner Healing is a strategic examination of a person's life experiences from birth through adulthood. The aim of this service is the identification, understanding, and resolution of obstructions to an optimal life. This examination involves one-on-one consultations and includes guided questions, healing prayer, and follow-up coaching.
Inner Healing Video School
The Center for Emotional and Spiritual Development in collaboration with Elijah House in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho is qualified to administer the Elijah House Facilitated Video School Training Courses 201 and 202. Maryann Hayles, Co-Founder and Managing Director Inner Healing and Rupert Hayles, Co-founder and President, will be the facilitators.
To provide students with a clear view of Christ-centered Inner Healing (a means toward sanctification and transformation) and its foundations in Scripture.
Coaching
Simply speaking, we help maximize the effectiveness of individuals and organizations by helping them improve their ability to lead. Our coaching provides support, encouragement and structure to develop strategies for success and sustainable growth.
Certification
The EQ-i 2.0 Certification Workshop prepares you to administer and interpret the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments, provide feedback on the results, and teach an EQ class. Become equipped to apply Emotional Intelligence in real-world settings.
Pastoral Program
Christians struggle with the increasingly noticeable inconsistency between preaching the Word of God and truly knowing the Word of God. Part of this struggle is due to the oversight of mainstream theology that does not address the full redemption of the believer on the soul-level in terms of mind, will, and emotions. Although church leaders are offered quality training and education in terms of teaching Scripture and applying some helpful secular principles of leadership regarding decision-making, the emotional aspect of the soul has been a neglected realm of study and application for many Christians, especially for those who face the daily challenges of being in the full-time ministry.
Emotional Development
Emotional and Social Intelligence (EQ or EI), the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to social and emotional cues, is often said to be the heart of personal and interpersonal effectiveness. Our program helps individuals and organizations develop the skills needed to achieve positive outcomes and lasting impact.
Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Transition Management and Burnout Management are the focus of our enterprise. Our intent is to lead organizations and their associates towards the fullness of what they are uniquely designed for, leading to optimal living for all team members.
