EQ-i 2.0® measures 15 emotional-intelligence competencies that influence how a person understands themselves, relates to others, handles stress, and makes decisions. The results provide a practical picture of strengths and development areas, giving leaders a clear roadmap for improving how they perform and interact.

EQ 360® adds feedback from the people who work with and experience the leader, such as managers, peers, and direct reports. By comparing self-perception with how others see them, leaders can uncover blind spots, identify gaps, and better understand the impact their behavior has on the people around them.
