EQ 360® Leadership Assessment + Report

Understand How Other People Experience Your Leadership

You know how you intend to lead. EQ 360® helps you understand how your leadership is actually experienced by the people around you.

The assessment combines your own EQ-i 2.0® results with confidential feedback from others, giving you a more complete picture of the emotional-intelligence patterns influencing your leadership. Your Leadership Report interprets the findings through four leadership dimensions, including authenticity, coaching, insight, and innovation, and highlights where your self-perception aligns with the experience of others, where important gaps may exist, and which behaviors could have the greatest impact on your leadership effectiveness.

Private EQ Assessment Debrief

For one assessed individual | Typically 60–90 minutes

Turn Your Assessment Results Into a Clear Development Plan

Your emotional-intelligence report gives you the data. The debrief helps you understand what that data means for the way you work, lead, communicate and respond under pressure.

In this 60–90 minute facilitated session, Rupert A. Hayles Jr., Ph.D. reviews your assessment results with you, identifies the patterns that matter most and helps you translate them into practical development priorities.

Rather than leaving you to interpret scores and charts on your own, the session helps you understand where your strengths are serving you, where blind spots or competing behaviors may be getting in the way, and what you can do next.

What You’ll Gain From the Session

Dr. Hayles will help you:

  • Understand the most important findings in your report
  • Identify meaningful strengths and development opportunities
  • Explore gaps between your self-perception and feedback from others, when applicable
  • Understand how different emotional-intelligence skills may be influencing one another
  • Connect the results to real workplace or leadership situations
  • Identify a small number of priorities to focus on rather than trying to improve everything at once
  • Determine practical next steps for continued development

Includes

  • Advance review of your assessment results by Dr. Hayles
  • Facilitated interpretation of your report
  • Discussion of strengths, patterns and potential blind spots
  • Development priorities and recommended next steps
  • Private coaching conversation focused on applying the findings

What Happens After You Purchase

After checkout, you’ll receive instructions for beginning your EQ 360® Leadership Assessment.

You will complete your own emotional-intelligence assessment and provide the names and email addresses of the people you would like to invite to provide feedback. Depending on your role, these may include a manager, peers, direct reports or other colleagues who know your leadership well.

Each rater receives a private, secure assessment link and completes the questionnaire independently. Their individual responses remain confidential and are combined to provide a broader view of how your leadership is experienced.

Plan for approximately 20–30 minutes to complete your own assessment. Your raters should expect a similar time commitment.

Because your Leadership Report incorporates feedback from other people, you cannot complete the report until you receive the required rater responses. Choosing people who can respond promptly will help keep the process moving.

Once the required assessments are complete, the MHS assessment platform compiles the results and generates your personalized EQ 360® Leadership Report.

You can use the report independently or add a private debrief with Dr. Hayles to explore the findings, understand significant perception gaps and turn the results into specific leadership-development priorities.
