EQ 360® Workplace Assessment + Report

Build Better Workplace Relationships

How you see yourself at work is only part of the picture. EQ 360® combines your own emotional-intelligence assessment with confidential feedback from people who work with you, giving you a broader view of how your behavior is experienced by others.

The Workplace Report helps uncover strengths, blind spots and gaps between your self-perception and the perceptions of others. You can use those insights to improve communication, working relationships, decision-making, stress management and your overall effectiveness at work. MHS specifically designed the Workplace EQ 360 Report to interpret 360-degree emotional-intelligence results in a workplace and professional-development context.

Private EQ Assessment Debrief

For one assessed individual | Typically 60–90 minutes

Turn Your Assessment Results Into a Clear Development Plan

Your emotional-intelligence report gives you the data. The debrief helps you understand what that data means for the way you work, lead, communicate and respond under pressure.

In this 60–90 minute facilitated session, Rupert A. Hayles Jr., Ph.D. reviews your assessment results with you, identifies the patterns that matter most and helps you translate them into practical development priorities.

Rather than leaving you to interpret scores and charts on your own, the session helps you understand where your strengths are serving you, where blind spots or competing behaviors may be getting in the way, and what you can do next.

What You’ll Gain From the Session

Dr. Hayles will help you:

  • Understand the most important findings in your report
  • Identify meaningful strengths and development opportunities
  • Explore gaps between your self-perception and feedback from others, when applicable
  • Understand how different emotional-intelligence skills may be influencing one another
  • Connect the results to real workplace or leadership situations
  • Identify a small number of priorities to focus on rather than trying to improve everything at once
  • Determine practical next steps for continued development

Includes

  • Advance review of your assessment results by Dr. Hayles
  • Facilitated interpretation of your report
  • Discussion of strengths, patterns and potential blind spots
  • Development priorities and recommended next steps
  • Private coaching conversation focused on applying the findings

What Happens After You Purchase

After checkout, you’ll receive instructions for beginning your EQ 360® assessment. You will complete the self-assessment and provide the names and email addresses of the people you would like to invite to give feedback about you.

Your selected raters will receive their own secure email invitations from the MHS assessment platform. Each invitation contains a unique link that allows the person to complete the assessment online. MHS allows participants and administrators to nominate raters and tracks completion through its assessment portal.

Plan for approximately 20–30 minutes to complete the EQ 360® assessment. Your raters should expect approximately the same amount of time.

Because this is a 360-degree assessment, your report cannot be finalized until the necessary feedback has been collected. The overall process therefore takes longer than an individual EQ-i 2.0® assessment. MHS guidance notes that administrators commonly allow approximately 2–4 weeks for rater responses to be collected.

Once the required assessments are complete, MHS compiles the results and generates your personalized EQ 360® Workplace Report.

You can use the report on its own or add a private debrief with Dr. Hayles to explore the findings, understand significant perception gaps and determine the development priorities that matter most.
