Private EQ Assessment Debrief
Turn Your Assessment Results Into a Clear Development Plan
Your emotional-intelligence report gives you the data. The debrief helps you understand what that data means for the way you work, lead, communicate and respond under pressure. In this 60–90 minute facilitated session, Rupert A. Hayles Jr., Ph.D. reviews your assessment results with you, identifies the patterns that matter most and helps you translate them into practical development priorities.
Rather than leaving you to interpret scores and charts on your own, the session helps you understand where your strengths are serving you, where blind spots or competing behaviors may be getting in the way, and what you can do next.

What Happens After You Purchase
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with instructions for providing Dr. Hayles with the assessment information he needs to prepare for your session.
If you completed your assessment through the Emotional Center, Dr. Hayles may already have access to the appropriate report. If your assessment was completed elsewhere, you may be asked to provide a copy of the report before the session can be scheduled.
Once Dr. Hayles has the appropriate assessment results, you’ll receive a link to schedule your debrief.
At your meeting, Dr. Hayles reviews your results so the session can focus on interpretation, application and development rather than simply walking through the report page by page.
During the session, you’ll discuss the findings that matter most and identify practical priorities you can begin applying to your work or leadership.
